Talking about acupuncture and fertility is a complete passion of mine, once that has been developing for over a decade now. But my most recent podcast recording was different. This time I got to converse with my friend and former colleague from my film industry days - The London Writing guy, on a more personal level. We cover a lot, including more about my personal journey to becoming an acupuncturist, the impact of fertility challenges through a male lens, the impact of stress as well as exploring the complexities of fertility in South-Asian communities, which is topic not explored openly. Too be honest, we barely scratched the surface as there was so much to cover, so some of the topics are discussed generally, but none the less I was very grateful to contribute to this episode and bring this very honest and open conversation to the table.

I was contacted by Love Productions, on behalf of Channel 4, to take part in an exciting real life experiment, examining the benefits of acupuncture on managing and reducing pain. Obviously, I said yes! See the brilliant results for yourself on Channel 4 on demand.
I was invited to chat with the lovely Erin Fung from The Better Birth Podcast, discussing all the positive benefits of Acupuncture on conception and pregnancy. Take a listen here.
Francesca Rodgers from Jack Radio, invited me to guest contribute to their new feature ‘The Wellness Hour’, discussing the benefits of acupuncture, especially on mental health. It was a great opportunity to talk about a topic close to my heart and to talk about the Grenfell Acupuncture community project I was involved in, following on from the fire tragedy in 2017.
