*On booking, all new patients will receive a booking confirmation which includes all details of the appointment, full address, cancellation policy and new patient forms that must be completed at least 48hrs ahead of the appointment date.

Out-of-clinic hours IVF timed treatments - an additional 35% of the treatment fee booked, will be requested for IVF timed treatments such as Embryo Transfer treatments requested outside of the clinic’s regular opening hours, due to the additional operating costs incurred.

*Cancellation policy - Please note that a minimum 48 hours notice is required for cancellation of all appointments. Any cancellations received less than 48hrs or missed appointments, are chargeable at full cost or deducted from a package allowance.

How to find us - Ladywell Works, is tucked away at the end of a secluded path, off Whitburn Road, Ladywell. The street entrance/black metal gates to this path is clearly signposted Ladywell Works, 15 Whitburn Road. (See picture below)

Please walk through these street gates, down the path towards the large black PVC doors at the end.(Please note there are other buildings/businesses located here - but you are in the right place). Once inside these main black doors, the buzzer directory panel for Ladywell Works is located on the left hand wall. Follow the clear instructions beside the entry panel to access the phone book and search for/call Samina Haider - unit 302, which is located on the third floor, accessible by stairs or lift. N.B- lift is code operated only and therefore cannot be used unaccompanied. If you need lift access please let me know in advance.

Public Transport - Ladywell Works is very easy to reach, with Ladywell Station only a 5-minute walk away, and Lewisham Station - 10 min walk, offering fast train connections to South East London, London Bridge and Charing Cross, as well as the DLR. There are also excellent bus links, with routes from across South East London. Depending on your location, the nearest bus stops to alight from include Morely Road, Lewisham fire station or Wearside road bus stop. Whitburn Road is a 1min walk from either of these bus stops.

Car - For those travelling by car, Whitburn Road is part of a CPZ. There are clearly sign posted, designated payable off-street parking bays on parts of Whitburn Road and Wearside Road. I recommend you download the Pay by phone app and register your vehicle registration number on it, before your first visit to the clinic. Traffic enforcement is very strict in the area, so failure to follow displayed parked bay instructions, may result in clamping or penalty notices*
