MEET SAMINA
Hi! I’m Samina and welcome to my practice. I am a licensed traditional Chinese medicine acupuncturist, naturopath and hormonal health specialist. With nearly 8 years of clinical experience dedicated to supporting individuals trying to conceive or overcome their hormonal health challenges, coupled with my own personal experiences, I have built a deep understanding of the intricacies involved. An unwavering passion for the study of Chinese Medicine, Women’s Health and a track record of delivering results, has earned me a reputation as one of South East London's go to - fertility acupuncture and hormonal health experts.
My own personal journey with natural medicine, began at a very early age - but I didn’t know it at the time. My beloved late father was a GP, Homeopath, Acupuncturist and Hypnotherapist. This rare and rather special combination of East meets West ,was integral to my understanding of medicine and health, even at such a young age. Yet, I did not realise how significant it would be, until I started to experience life changing chronic health problems including Endometriosis, in my early teens.
Having battled with the debilitating symptoms of Endometriosis for years, I embarked on a lifelong quest to reclaim my health and improve my personal experience of living with this condition, in the most natural way possible. This journey eventually led me to the guiding principles of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, which was truly transformative. It revolutionized my connection, comprehension, and appreciation towards my body and well-being, allowing me to lead a life more consciously and, most importantly - without extreme, excrutiating pain.
It is my hope, that everyone will have the same opportunities to discover the healing nature and wisdom of this ancient medicine.

My unique approach to supporting fertility and hormonal health combines two powerful modalities - Acupuncture and Naturopathy. Using my expertise in Chinese Medicine and Naturopathy, my treatments are designed to support your individual needs from a deeper, holistic level, but are underpinned by specialist, up to date knowledge of western medicine approaches and advances in women’s health care and fertility.
This training and my commitment to ‘dig a bit deeper’, allows me to untangle and make sense of the potential underlying causes of your health concerns and identify the best treatment strategies to support you.

I have had the honour of studying under some of the most renowned teachers and practitioners in their field, throughout my undergraduate and post graduate study. Since obtaining my 3 year degree level qualification in Traditional Acupuncture and Naturopathy in 2016, I have undertaken post graduate study in the following women’s health and fertility subjects.

I am currently studying the ‘Advanced level diploma in Fertility Acupuncture’run by the Fertility Support Trained Company. The diploma is considered the gold standard in fertility acupuncture training and I hope to complete this in 2023.
I am fully insured and a member of the Association of Acupuncture Clinicians - AAC , the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners and the Acupuncture Fertility Network
