I am a fully qualified Acupuncturist and Naturopath based in Brockley, south east London.

My interest in Chinese Medicine, general health and wellbeing is deeply rooted in my upbringing, having been brought up by two health professionals. Acupuncture, homeopathy and a focus on good health and nutrition, was mainstay in my household and from a very young age, I was fascinated by its profound effect on the human body. This deep fascination never left me and I eventually went on to study TCM Acupuncture (Traditional Chinese Medicine) and Naturopathy at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, London.

Since qualifying, I have embarked on further study and undertaken a number of specialist post graduate training programmes in fertility and assisted reproduction, sports injuries and pain-management. Having recently trained in the NADA UK protocol - a specific selection of ear acupuncture points used to support the treatment of substance abuse, stress, anxiety and PTSD, I have subsequently become a volunteer member and project manager for the World Medicine Foundation and NADA community project supporting the victims of the Grenfell Tower disaster. To read more about this vital work head over to World Medicine .

I am fully insured and a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC). Members are approved by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care, which ensures high standards for training, safe practice and professional conduct. I am also a member of the Acupuncture Fertility Network.
